This is another project through one of our best clients, blackburn (project consultants) we carried out a condition survey of an existing building just off of Fleet Street. The building has 2 storeys below ground plus and adjoining/linked building that lies below a public right of way. St Bride’s House will offer 45,830 sq ft of Grade A, comprehensively refurbished office space, an impressive, remodelled reception and new bike and shower facilities. The building is comprised of lower ground, ground and 5 upper floors all to be delivered to a CAT A specification with sizes ranging from 4,303 to 7,666 sqft.
